The service
Receipt2Books is an AI bookkeeping assistant. It is not a replacement general ledger and does not provide regulated financial advice. You must review AI output before relying on it.
Credits and plans
The free allowance is 10 credits, one credit per page. Paid Monthly and Yearly plans include unlimited receipts under the Fair Use Policy. You may cancel any time; there are no refunds for partial periods once billing exists.
Acceptable use
You may not use Receipt2Books to process data you do not have the right to process, or to attempt to disrupt the service.
Intellectual property
Receipt2Books and its branding are our property. Your data remains yours.
Limitation of liability
Receipt2Books is provided as-is; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
Either party may end the agreement at any time; access continues until the end of any paid period.
Accountant accounts
By creating client workspaces, you warrant that you have the right to process that client’s data.
